CaseAI is developed by Bayes Impact, a tech nonprofit founded in 2014 in Silicon Valley. Bayes Impact builds open-source AI solutions used by governments, local authorities, and nonprofits across three continents.

What reports or dashboards are available?

What data does CaseAI process?
CaseAI manages data used in social support: personal information, administrative status, housing, employment or training status, follow-up notes, documents, action items, and any custom fields defined by your organization.
Who owns the data?
Your organization retains 100% ownership of all data. CaseAI never sells, shares, or uses your data for commercial purposes.
Does the AI train on our data?
No. Your data is never used to train CaseAI’s AI models. It is only used to generate responses within your organization’s secure environment. CaseAI does not use your data to improve a global model or to benefit other users.
Where is the data stored?
Data is hosted on secure servers located in Europe, fully compliant with GDPR requirements.
How is data secured?
